Celebrity Charities – March 5 kicked off the effort ConAgra foods is making to stop child hunger in the U.S. The Child Hunger Ends Here campaign is returning for its 3rd year and this time, it’s being supported by musical artists Jay Sean, Owl City, and Jewel.
ConAgra is working with these performers and their exclusive video of an original single, ‘Here’s Hope’, to donate 5 million meals along with their 5-year goal of $10 million to Feeding America, who’s mission is, “to feed America’s hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger.”
From the campaign’s website, consumers can enter an 8 digit code from specially marked packages of ConAgra products. For entering that code, the consumer will then be able to choose a favorite version of ‘Here’s Hope’ and receive exclusive content from all three artists. Entering the code will also donate one meal.

Codes can be entered until August 2012.
